International Customers

Music Raiders wants to offer our products to musicians all over the world so we have decided to work with Shipito.com.  Shipping internationally has its challenges so we believe that working with this group of professionals is going to facilitate in customers receiving their packages in a timely manner and at discounted rates.  Shipito has years of experience in the international shipping business and has all the tools necessary to make this a quick and pleasant transaction for something that in the past has been a frustrating experience for many.  Shipito will ship your packages through USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Fed-Ex, Fed-Ex Freight, and DHL.  These options may vary depending on your location. Shipito can provide service to any country in the world except for North Korea, Iran, and Sudan.

For packages going to Canada where UPS provides service Music Raiders will have an option for customers in Canada, this will be an additional charge applied during check out.  For Canadian customers in remote locations that UPS does not service, customers that want their items shipped to a PO Box, or customers for whatever reason do not want the item shipped UPS please use the Shipito service.

Domestic Customers

Music Raiders also wants to offer our products to musicians in the USA that do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA by having them shipped through Shipito.com.  These customers include our service men and women that have APO and FPO addresses, customers who want their product shipped to a PO Box or non-physical address, customers who reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or any of the US territories, and customers that prefer to have their items shipped through the US Postal Service for whatever reason.

For packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories Music Raiders will offer UPS and/or Fed-Ex shipping service which will be an additional charge during check out if you would like your package shipped that way and there will be no need to use the Shipito service if you choose one of those options during check out.

***NOTE: Please make sure you sign up with Shipito by clicking the banner below before placing your order so that Shipito can provide you with information on where to have your item shipped to so they can forward the item to you properly.  Also please take note that there will be no additional charge from Music Raiders for items shipped through Shipito.  You will pay Shipito for the shipping option that you choose with them and then we ship it to their location for no additional charge before they forward the package on to you.
