Music Raiders Return Policy (Restrictions Apply*)

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it for a full refund or credit (of the original product purchase price) toward a new product.   We will give you 45 days from the date we shipped the item to return the product.  Before returning the product you must contact us to notify us of the return so we can give you instructions on sending your item back.  We have this satisfaction guarantee so that all our customers can easily return items they are not 100% satisfied with.

*All books, videos, software, and accessories that have been opened by the customer may not be returned after original packaging has been removed.

Music Raiders will not accept returns for any items that are returned more than 45 days after the item was originally shipped.

It is important that all returns are in their original packaging complete with all materials and included accessories such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranties, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the product.  All items must be in brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the product or on the materials that shipped with the product.
